CANOA charges a standard fee on each order you place through our marketplace, calculated as a percent of the total product and shipping costs, which enables us to provide you with a streamlined shopping experience. In most cases, the trade discounts you unlock by shopping with CANOA are less than the fee we charge!
Payment is due immediately upon approval of your order, and we cannot confirm your order with suppliers until we have received payment. At the moment, we do not offer net terms; if your company does not pay for the order immediately, please note that this may extend your lead times.
