The standard CANOA fee for On-Demand users is 20%, calculated as a percent of total product and fulfillment services costs on a per-order basis.
Payments are made once an order is approved. If you have net terms required before payment, your order will only be considered final once payment is received.
We accept either ACH or credit card as forms of payment. Before shopping, set up your preferred payment method and A/P contact.
Our standard fulfillment method includes warehouse, delivery, assembly of products, and installation by our national network of 3rd party logistics providers, all managed by a CANOA certified installation manager.
We receive trade discounts on all products which CANOA extends to the customer.
No, shipping and freight costs will be calculated once final product selections are made.
Yes! You may opt out of our standard offering for curbside delivery. Please note our standard offering will be automatically included unless specified.
