Can I sell products on Canoa?
You cannot sell your products directly on the Canoa platform; however, you can publish contact information so that designers and dealers can reach out to your directly for quotes and purchasing.
During the first iteration of our marketplace, we discovered that many of our designers who used Canoa were not making purchases; instead, they wanted to bring in their dealer or their own furniture reps to do the procurement. So, we listened to the feedback and decided to stop processing orders, and instead we will arm the procurement teams with the information they need to make this process seamless!
Canoa is a tool that enables designers to discover your products by browsing the product catalog, seeing your products highlighted in kits or collections, or being introduced to your brand through the AI assist tool. You cannot sell your products directly on the Canoa platform; however, you can publish contact information so that designers or dealers can reach out to your directly for quotes and purchasing.
You can also use Canoa to manage your product catalog and create mood boards, product look books, furniture layouts, and kits which can support your sales team with demos or marketing materials. Invite potential clients to your Canvas so they can get inspired and place their orders!
